By using SyncSpace at syncspaceit.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SyncSpace is a private messaging and note-syncing platform that allows users to sync content across their own devices and share threads with others via secret keys.
You agree not to use SyncSpace to:
Free accounts are available with limited features. Pro and Team plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us within 7 days of a charge.
You own your content. By using SyncSpace, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your messages or files.
Free accounts are limited to 1 thread, 50 messages per day, and 7 days of message history. We may show ads to free tier users. Exceeding limits may result in messages being queued or declined.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time; your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
SyncSpace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the service.
