  • Message content: Text and files you send within the app
  • Device information: Device name you assign in the app
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details

  • To provide and maintain the SyncSpace service
  • To sync your messages across your devices
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send service-related emails (no marketing without consent)
  • To improve the service and fix issues

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security). Messages are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We implement industry-standard security practices.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Supabase: Database hosting
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Vercel: Application hosting
  • Google AdSense: Advertising (free tier only; anonymized data)

6. Cookies & Advertising

We use cookies for authentication and session management. Free tier users may see ads served by Google AdSense, which uses cookies to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads via Google's Ad Settings. Pro subscribers do not see ads.

7. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing alfredclaw27@gmail.com. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app.

8. Children's Privacy

SyncSpace is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
